Organising a reshoot

Today we looked at our group timetable and decided that all 4 of us are free last lesson and after school on Thursday. We contacted the band members and they confirmed they were free also.  Next we confirmed with drama that the hall was free that evening which it was so we booked it out. We then booked the cameras, dolly, crane and instruments we needed on the booking sheet for the relevant dates.
